Referral and Navigation

The services a survivor needs already exist. Shelters, protective orders, legal aid, food assistance, licensed trauma therapy, immigration advice. What does not exist, in most places, is anyone whose job it is to hold the whole map at once while a person in crisis tries to read it.

That is the gap we fill. We keep current contact details for services across North Texas and, through partners, in Zimbabwe and neighbouring countries. We know which shelters take men, which take teenage sons, which take pets, and which have a waiting list this month. That level of detail is the difference between a referral and an actual bed.

We do the calls with you, or for you where that helps. We sit in on intake appointments when you want a second set of ears. We follow up a week later, because the most common failure in this field is a warm handover that quietly goes cold.

Nothing is shared with any agency without your say so. You decide what is disclosed, to whom, and when. If you tell us to stop, we stop.

We do not charge for any of it, and we never take a fee or a commission from a service we refer you to.
