Install the Nopa Foundation app
The app is not in the App Store or Play Store. It is a web app, which means it installs directly from this website. Once installed, it works like any other app on your phone, tablet, or computer, and it opens without the browser address bar.
Apple requires you to confirm Add to Home Screen or Add to Dock. A website cannot bypass that security step, but the instructions below take you directly through it.
iPhone & iPad
Install on iPhone or iPad
Apple does not provide a one-click website install button. Safari requires one short confirmation sequence for your security.

Open this page in Safari
iPhone and iPad install the app through Safari. If you are using Chrome, Edge, or another browser, switch to Safari first.

Tap the Share button
In Safari, tap the square-with-arrow-up icon at the bottom of the screen (or at the top if you are on iPad).

Scroll and tap Add to Home Screen
Look for the icon showing a plus sign on a square. Tap it. If you do not see it immediately, scroll the middle row of icons left or right.

Tap Add in the top corner
You can edit the name if you wish. Then tap Add. The Nopa Foundation app will appear on your home screen like any other app.

Open from the home screen
Tap the new Nopa Foundation icon. It opens in its own window, without the Safari address bar, just like a store app.
If you are using Chrome or another browser on iPhone, switch to Safari first. The Add to Home Screen option only appears in Safari.
Android
Install on Android
Android can turn the website into a real app using Chrome.

Open this page in Chrome
Use Google Chrome on your Android phone or tablet for the simplest install.

Tap the menu or the prompt
Look for Add to Home Screen or Install app in the Chrome menu, or wait for the banner that appears at the bottom of the screen.

Confirm the install
Tap Install or Add. Android will create a real app icon on your home screen and app drawer.

Launch from the icon
Open Nopa Foundation from your home screen. It runs as a standalone app, not inside a browser tab.
Mac
Install on a Mac
Safari on macOS Sonoma or later installs the website as an app through Add to Dock.

Open the site in Safari
On a Mac running macOS Sonoma 14 or later, open www.nopafoundation.org in Safari.

Choose Add to Dock
In the menu bar at the very top of the screen, click File, then click Add to Dock.

Confirm Add
Keep the name Nopa Foundation and click Add. The app will appear in the Dock and Applications folder.
If Add to Dock is missing, update macOS and Safari. On an older Mac, use Chrome or Edge and follow the computer instructions below.
Windows & older Mac
Install with Chrome or Edge
Chrome and Edge can install the site as a desktop app for quick access.

In the address bar look for a small install icon, or open the browser menu and choose Install Nopa Foundation / Install this site as an app.

Click Install. The app opens in its own window and a shortcut is added to your desktop or Start menu.
