Letters from Eden

But the man found no helper who was right for him

Adam answers back. A letter that turns the familiar reading of Genesis 2 and 3 around and asks who was really instructed.

Eve honey,

I knew I needed a helper. Even Yahweh Elohim knew I needed a helper who was right for me. It was not a coincidence that my need for a helper was apparent. It was mentioned twice.

And so I let you lead. I respected you. I stood next to you, and I did not disrupt your conversation with the snake. I was not passive. This was complex.

Eve babe, which garden were we in? Who gave you the instructions?

Two questions, left open on purpose. Read Genesis 2 and 3 again slowly and notice how much of what you assume about that scene is inherited rather than written.
